I provide meeting facilitation services for improved communication, collaboration, consensus building, and conflict management. Together, you and I design and create these engaging and collaborative problem solving meetings with the goals of establishing solutions and preserving and building relationships. I am responsible for overseeing the process for you and keeping the meetings on track.
My process helps you articulate a shared vision and determine reasonable and achievable action steps. I do this as a party neutral to the content and the group. I help you come to a solution, not a predetermined solution.
My role is to lead you through the process so you can identify, clarify, and reframe challenges. Your employees' role is to actively participate in the dialogue and work hard on the challenges (not the people).
Effective facilitation triggers curiosity and sharing, and it leads to better peer to peer learning.
My services focus on resolution of employee relations matters and training to develop a collaborative workforce. My team building exercises address actual challenges your employees are experiencing within the workplace.
I am available as needed working on a contract basis. I charge a reasonable hourly rate or a flat fee, as necessary.
